Description

A sweet and fruity twist on classic muddy buddies—this no-bake snack mix features white chocolate, Chex cereal, and powdered freeze-dried strawberries.

Ingredients

4 cups rice or corn Chex cereal

1 cup white chocolate chips (or white almond bark/vanilla candy melts)

1 ounce freeze-dried strawberries

1/3 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Place freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor and pulse until they form a fine powder.

In a small bowl, combine the strawberry powder with powdered sugar. Stir until well blended.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

Add Chex cereal to the melted white chocolate. Gently stir to coat evenly.

Transfer coated cereal to a large zip-top bag. Add the strawberry-sugar mixture, seal, and shake until fully coated.

Spread the coated cereal onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

Once set, store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes

No fresh berries: Use only freeze-dried strawberries to avoid moisture and sogginess.

Flavor Variations: Try freeze-dried raspberries or blueberries for a twist.

Extra Indulgence: Drizzle with melted dark or milk chocolate.

Fun Add-Ins: Mini marshmallows or crushed graham crackers add texture.

Make It Gluten-Free: Use gluten-free Chex and verify all other ingredients.
