Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat preferred)
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop 1-tablespoon portions onto the sheet, spacing evenly.
Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag for storage
