Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
Generously coat each chicken breast with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
(Optional) Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispy, golden top.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
For even cooking, pound thicker chicken breasts to an even thickness before baking.
Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
