Ingredients
1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
Season steak cubes generously with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, working in batches if needed. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, and melt.
Stir in garlic, paprika, and chili flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until garlic is fragrant.
Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Finish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use any tender steak cut like ribeye or New York strip.
For more heat, add extra chili flakes or hot sauce.
Add sautéed mushrooms or bell peppers for extra veggies.
Great served with rice, potatoes, or salad.
Reheat gently in a skillet to avoid overcooking.
