Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes, cut into ½-inch fries
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Rinse and pat dry the cut fries.
Toss fries with oil or butter, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
Air-fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Transfer fries to a bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan, and toss to coat.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Use sweet potatoes for a variation.
Add cayenne, paprika, or truffle oil for extra flavor.
Dairy-free options: omit or use vegan Parmesan.
