Description

These juicy grilled chicken bites are seasoned to perfection and served with a rich, tangy garlic sauce—ideal for appetizers, BBQs, or quick dinners.


Ingredients

For the Chicken Bites:

2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

2 Tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

Prep & Season Chicken: Toss chicken pieces in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully coated.

Grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side (or until internal temperature reaches 165°F). Remove and keep warm.

Make Garlic Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley (if using), salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve: Arrange chicken bites on a platter and serve with creamy garlic sauce on the side or drizzled on top.

Notes

Add cayenne or hot sauce for heat in the chicken or sauce.

Mix in dried herbs like oregano, thyme, or basil for extra flavor.
