Description

This easy and flavorful salmon recipe features a zesty lemon butter sauce and perfectly flaky fish baked to perfection. Great for weeknight meals or a light dinner idea.

Ingredients

4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets

3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, and Dijon mustard.

Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush generously with the lemon butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use wild-caught salmon for a richer flavor and better nutritional profile.

Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.

Serve with steamed vegetables, quinoa, or a light salad for a complete meal.

For easier cleanup, line your baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
