Ingredients
4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, and Dijon mustard.
Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush generously with the lemon butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Use wild-caught salmon for a richer flavor and better nutritional profile.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
Serve with steamed vegetables, quinoa, or a light salad for a complete meal.
