Description

A creamy, nutty treat made with pistachio pudding, crushed pistachios, and a rich cream base—this ice cream is smooth, simple, and irresistibly good.


Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

⅓ cup granulated sugar

1 package pistachio instant pudding mix

½ cup crushed pistachios


Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whipping cream, vanilla, sugar, and pistachio pudding mix until smooth.

Chill mixture for 5–10 minutes.

Pour into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Add crushed pistachios once mixture begins to thicken; continue churning until incorporated.

Transfer to a container and freeze for 10 minutes for firmer texture.

Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Add almond extract for extra nutty flavor.
