Description
This honey garlic shrimp is sautéed in a buttery soy-garlic glaze with a hint of lemon. A quick, flavorful dish that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.
Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Let it simmer for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook 3–4 minutes per side, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Add red pepper flakes for heat.
Serve with rice, noodles, or sautéed vegetables.
Frozen shrimp work well if thawed and patted dry.
