2 cups all-purpose flour

½ cup granulated sugar

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup milk

2 large eggs

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Make the Donut Batter:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined.

Bake:

Fill donut cavities ¾ full with batter.

Prepare Cheesecake Filling:

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Transfer to a piping bag or plastic bag with the tip snipped.

Once donuts are cool, inject or pipe cheesecake filling into each donut center or top.

Spoon a bit of strawberry jam and diced strawberries on top.

Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if using.
