Description

Juicy, crispy, and ready in under 20 minutes—this keto air fryer chicken breast is perfect for low-carb meal prep or easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons butter

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer:
Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

Make the Seasoned Butter:
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Chicken:
Brush or spoon the butter mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Air Fry:
Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
Cook for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Rest & Serve:
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Even Thickness = Even Cooking: Pound thicker breasts to ensure even cooking and juiciness.

Don’t Overcrowd: Always place chicken in a single layer for optimal air circulation.

Check Temp: Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked (165°F internal temp).

Flip for Best Results: Flipping halfway helps both sides brown evenly.

Meal Prep Friendly: Great for salads, wraps, or slicing over cauliflower rice.
