Description

This easy keto cottage cheese flatbread is soft, flavorful, and perfect as a low-carb bread alternative. Gluten-free and ideal for sandwiches or pizza bases.


Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

3 tablespoons melted butter

2 teaspoons Everything Bagel seasoning


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, blend together cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly over the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until edges are golden and flatbread lifts easily from parchment.
