Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
¾ cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
¾ cup water
⅓ cup ketchup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, bread crumbs, eggs, water, and ketchup.
Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Transfer mixture into a loaf pan, pressing evenly.
Bake for 1 hour, or until cooked through and top is browned.
Let rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Swap ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
Add finely chopped vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, carrots) for flavor and moisture.
For spice, mix in hot sauce or jalapeños.
Use gluten-free bread crumbs for a gluten-free option.
