Description

These low carb tortilla pizzas are quick, crispy, and delicious. Perfect for a light dinner or snack, with all the flavors of classic pizza without the carbs.


Ingredients

4 low carb tortilla wraps

1 cup pizza sauce

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, spinach, etc.)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange tortilla wraps on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over the sauce.

Top each tortilla with shredded mozzarella and your favorite toppings.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and tortilla edges are golden brown.

Cool & Serve: Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the sauce for a spicy version.

For a white pizza, use garlic olive oil instead of tomato sauce and top with ricotta and spinach.
