Description

This melt-in-your-mouth Caesar chicken is juicy, cheesy, and full of creamy flavor. Baked with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and herbs — it’s a quick and easy dinner that never disappoints!

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or high-quality store-bought)

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp dried basil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to fit the chicken in a single layer.

Prepare Chicken: Place chicken breasts flat in the dish. Pound or butterfly if thick to ensure even cooking.

Make Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Assemble: Pour the Caesar mixture evenly over the chicken, spreading it to fully coat each piece.

Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Broil (Optional): For a golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes—watch closely to prevent burning.

Serve: Let rest for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Juicier Option: Substitute chicken thighs for added tenderness.

Crunchy Topping: Sprinkle crushed croutons or breadcrumbs before baking.

Spicy Twist: Add red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce for heat.

Cheesy Upgrade: Mix in mozzarella or provolone for an extra creamy texture.

Low-Carb Option: Serve with cauliflower rice, zoodles, or roasted vegetables.
