Description

Juicy baked chicken breasts smothered in creamy Caesar dressing and Parmesan. Just a few ingredients for a tender, flavorful dinner the whole family will love.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing (use creamy-style, not vinaigrette)

½ cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.

In a small bowl, mix the Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.

Spoon the dressing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, coating them well.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes to slightly brown the top.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute Caesar dressing with a Greek yogurt-based version for a lighter option.

Serve over pasta, rice, or alongside roasted vegetables for a complete meal.

This recipe also works well with chicken thighs (adjust cooking time accordingly).

Make it cheesy: Add shredded mozzarella or more Parmesan on top before baking.
