2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup sour cream

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt & pepper, to taste

4 hamburger buns, cubed

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Heat olive oil in a skillet; sauté onions and mushrooms until softened, about 5–7 minutes. Add garlic and cook another minute.

Add ground beef; cook until browned, then drain excess fat.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream until combined.

In a greased casserole dish, layer cubed buns and pour beef mixture evenly over them.

Top with shredded Swiss cheese.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Sprinkle with parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

Let the casserole sit a few minutes before serving so bread absorbs flavors.

Assemble in advance and refrigerate; add 5 more minutes to baking time when baking cold.
