Description
This cheesy beef wrap is loaded with seasoned ground beef and creamy nacho cheese—quick, melty, and totally crave-worthy for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
Optional fillings:
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Jalapeño slices
Sour cream
Crushed tortilla chips for crunch
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
Season the beef with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 2 minutes.
Warm nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan or microwave until pourable.
Warm tortillas slightly for easier wrapping (10–15 seconds in the microwave).
Assemble each wrap:
Spoon a generous layer of beef onto the center of each tortilla.
Drizzle with nacho cheese sauce.
Add optional toppings if desired.
Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
Serve immediately, or toast on a skillet for extra crunch.
Notes
For extra heat, add hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
Make it a meal prep favorite by storing cooked beef separately and assembling fresh.
Use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for a healthier version.
Want crunch? Add crushed tortilla chips or Doritos before wrapping.
