Description

Easy, no-bake brownie bites that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened—a perfect clean snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Cocoa powder

Nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower seed butter)

Sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, agave, or sugar-free alternative)

Optional: pinch of salt

Optional Add-ins:

Mini chocolate chips

Chopped nuts

Chia seeds

Shredded coconut

Instructions

In a food processor, combine cocoa powder, nut butter, sweetener, and salt (if using).

Blend until a smooth dough forms, scraping down the sides as needed.

Stir in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or chopped nuts.

Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a mini cookie scoop.

Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes

Use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.

Add a scoop of protein powder for a post-workout boost.

Roll bites in shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts for extra texture.

Adjust sweetness to taste based on the sweetener used.
