Description

Classic Old Oven Peach Cobbler made with sweet peaches, warm spices, and a buttery biscuit topping—perfect for a comforting dessert.

Ingredients

1 can sliced peaches, drained

1 cup Bisquick mix

1 cup milk

½ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup melted butter

1 cup sugar

Vanilla ice cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In an 8×8-inch baking dish, mix Bisquick, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth. Stir in melted butter.

In a separate bowl, toss peaches with sugar until evenly coated.

Pour peach mixture gently over the batter in the baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.

Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Use fresh peaches when in season for extra flavor.

Add a pinch of ginger for a spicy twist.
