Description

These no-bake Oreo balls are made with just 3 ingredients: crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and melted chocolate. Easy and irresistible!

Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

16 ounces chocolate (white, milk, or dark), for coating

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: Place Oreos in a food processor and blend into fine crumbs. Alternatively, use a plastic bag and rolling pin.

Mix with Cream Cheese: In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until smooth and well combined.

Form Balls: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill: Refrigerate the Oreo balls for 30 minutes until firm.

Melt Chocolate: Melt the chocolate in 20-second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between, or use a double boiler.

Dip and Coat: Using a fork, dip each ball in melted chocolate, tapping off excess, and place back on parchment.

Set: Let the chocolate set at room temperature or chill until firm.

Notes

Flavor Variations: Use flavored Oreos (mint, peanut butter, golden) for fun twists.

Toppings: Sprinkle with crushed Oreos, colored sprinkles, or drizzle with white or dark chocolate.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Texture Tip: Let Oreo balls sit at room temp for a few minutes before dipping to prevent chocolate cracking.

Optional Add-Ins: Mix in crushed nuts or a few drops of flavored extract (e.g., peppermint, almond) for a unique spin.
