All the flavor of classic peanut butter blossoms in an easy, no-roll bar form—topped with Hershey’s Kisses and perfect for holidays or everyday treats.
Ingredients
All-purpose flour
Baking soda
Salt
Unsalted butter, softened
Creamy peanut butter
Granulated sugar
Brown sugar
Eggs
Vanilla extract
20–24 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Optional: extra sugar or sparkling sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease a 9×13″ baking pan.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a mixer, beat butter and peanut butter until creamy. Add sugars and beat until fluffy (~5 minutes).
Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
Press dough evenly into pan. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and set.
Immediately press Hershey’s Kisses into the warm bars.
Cool completely, then slice into 20–24 bars. Chill to speed cooling if desired.
Notes
Stir in chocolate chips for extra richness.
Use chunky peanut butter or add chopped peanuts for texture.
Swap in peanut butter cups or caramel-filled chocolates for variety.
Sprinkle coarse sugar for a festive finish.
