Description

Creamy, high-protein peanut butter frozen yogurt bars made with Greek yogurt, honey, and chocolate chips—an easy no-bake dessert or snack straight from the freezer.

Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

½ cup creamy peanut butter

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

½ cup crushed graham crackers or granola (optional, for base or topping)

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

Prepare the Base (Optional): Line an 8×8-inch dish with parchment paper. If using, press crushed graham crackers or granola evenly into the bottom.

Add the Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared dish and smooth it out with a spatula.

Top It Off: Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or additional granola over the top, if desired.

Freeze: Cover and place in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.

Slice & Serve: Remove from the dish, slice into bars, and enjoy. Store leftovers in the freezer.

Notes

For a firmer texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.

Skip the sweetener if using flavored yogurt or mashed ripe bananas.

Let bars sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating for best texture.
