Description

This pink mocktail is creamy, sweet, and perfect for Valentine’s Day. Made with strawberry, vanilla, and white chocolate syrups—no alcohol required!

Ingredients

1½ oz vanilla syrup

1 oz strawberry syrup

1 oz white chocolate syrup

1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half

½ oz grenadine

Ice cubes

Optional garnish: whipped cream, pink sugar rim, heart-shaped candy, fresh strawberry slice

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Add vanilla syrup, strawberry syrup, white chocolate syrup, heavy cream, and grenadine.

Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.

Garnish with whipped cream, a pink sugar rim, a heart-shaped candy, or a fresh strawberry slice if desired.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Make it Sparkling: Add a splash of club soda or sparkling water after shaking for a fizzy finish.

Dairy-Free Option: Use coconut cream, almond milk, or oat milk as a non-dairy substitute.

Flavor Swap: Substitute raspberry or cherry syrup for a fun twist.

Frozen Version: Blend all ingredients with ice to create a thick, slushy drink.

Cocktail Conversion: Add 1½ oz vanilla vodka to transform into a Pink Sweetie Valen-Tini.

Make Ahead Tip: Mix syrups and cream up to 24 hours in advance, then shake with ice and grenadine before serving.
