Description

This cheesy biscuit-based pizza bread is the ultimate party appetizer—loaded with mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.

Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated biscuits (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced pepperoni, cut smaller if desired

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

Marinara or pizza sauce, for serving

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan, loaf pan, or cast-iron skillet.

Cut each biscuit into quarters.

In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and toss to evenly coat.

Transfer mixture to prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked in the center.

Cool for 5–10 minutes. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce.

Notes

Add chopped veggies like mushrooms, peppers, or olives for extra texture.

Try different cheeses like cheddar or provolone.

Make it spicy with crushed red pepper or spicy sausage.

For extra flavor, brush with garlic butter after baking and sprinkle with parsley.

For a gooey surprise, stuff mozzarella cubes into biscuit pieces before baking.
