Description

Creamy honey goat cheese wrapped around grapes and rolled in crunchy pistachios. These sweet and savory bites make the best easy appetizer for entertaining.

Ingredients

16 red or green seedless grapes

8 oz honey-flavored goat cheese

2/3 cup roasted & salted pistachios, finely chopped

Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

Rinse the grapes and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Take a small amount of goat cheese and flatten it in your hand.

Place a grape in the center of the cheese and wrap it around, rolling it between your palms to form a ball.

Roll the cheese-covered grape in the chopped pistachios, pressing gently to adhere.

Repeat with the remaining grapes.

Arrange the goat cheese grape balls on a serving platter and drizzle with honey before serving

Notes

Nut-Free Option: Use finely chopped dried fruits like cranberries or apricots instead of pistachios.

Cheese Variations: Substitute with plain goat cheese or mix in chopped herbs.

Fruit Alternatives: Try strawberries or melon balls for a twist.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Make Ahead Tip: Prepare a day in advance and drizzle with honey just before serving.
