Ingredients
2 cups milk
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup caramel sauce
½ cup dark chocolate chips
½ tsp vanilla extract
Sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
Heat the Base:
In a medium saucepan, combine milk and heavy cream. Warm over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Add Chocolate and Caramel:
Stir in the caramel sauce and dark chocolate chips. Whisk continuously until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate is fully melted.
Flavor It:
Stir in the vanilla extract and remove from heat.
Serve:
Pour into mugs and sprinkle lightly with sea salt just before serving.
