Description
A festive holiday appetizer made with cream cheese, dried cranberries, feta, and chives—rolled in tortillas for the perfect party-ready bite.
Ingredients
Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
Wrap:
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)
Instructions
Make the Filling
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and smooth.
Add Mix-Ins
Gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese, chopped chives, and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
Assemble the Roll-Ups
Lay each tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture across the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Roll and Chill
Roll each tortilla tightly into a cylinder. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours).
Slice and Serve
Unwrap the rolls and slice each into bite-sized pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Chilling the rolled tortillas helps with clean slicing and presentation.
Use flavored tortillas (like spinach or tomato) for a more colorful look.
For extra crunch, add chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
