Description
Turn your favorite Sloppy Joe into a cheesy, baked pasta casserole with bold Manwich flavor. A quick, hearty dinner the whole family will devour.
Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 yellow onion, diced
2 cans Manwich sauce
12 oz farfalle (bowtie) pasta, cooked al dente
1 cup shredded Velveeta
1½ cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large pot or skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium-high heat until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in Manwich sauce, cooked pasta, and shredded Velveeta. Stir until Velveeta is fully melted and the mixture is well combined.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle Colby-Jack cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for a smoother melt and better flavor.
Customize with diced jalapeños, bell peppers, or mushrooms for added texture and flavor.
Swap in ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version.
Other pasta options like penne, rotini, or shells work just as well.
Great for meal prep—leftovers reheat beautifully!
