Creamy, spiced, and spiked with pumpkin pie vodka—this boozy milkshake is the ultimate fall dessert drink.
Ingredients
For the Pumpkin Milkshake:
2 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie vodka
1/4 cup Coffee-mate Pumpkin Spice creamer (seasonal)
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
For the Toppings:
1 graham cracker, broken into small pieces
Whipped cream (as much as you like)
Extra pumpkin pie spice, for garnish
Instructions
Add vanilla ice cream, pumpkin pie vodka, pumpkin spice creamer, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth and creamy.
If the shake is too thick, add a little more creamer or vodka.
If too thin, add more ice cream and blend again.
Break graham cracker into small pieces for the topping.
Pour the milkshake into serving glasses. Top with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, and graham cracker pieces.
Serve immediately while cold and creamy.
Notes
Use full-fat ice cream for a richer shake, or dairy-free alternatives if desired.
Adjust alcohol level to taste—start with less vodka and add more if needed.
For an extra treat, dip glass rims in crushed graham cracker before pouring the milkshake.
