Ingredients
For the Wings:
10–12 chicken wings (drumettes or flats)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Sauce:
¼ cup honey
2–3 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat grill to medium-high.
Prep wings: Pat dry, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook:
Oven: Bake on parchment or rack for 25–30 mins, flipping halfway.
Grill: Grill for 20–25 mins, turning occasionally.
Make sauce: Simmer honey, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in a pan for 2–3 mins.
Coat wings: Toss cooked wings in sauce until evenly coated.
Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
Adjust sriracha for desired heat.
Add lime juice for tang or extra honey for sweetness.
