Ingredients

For the Wings:

1012 chicken wings (drumettes or flats)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Sauce:

¼ cup honey

23 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar (optional)

1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat grill to medium-high.

Prep wings: Pat dry, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Cook:

Oven: Bake on parchment or rack for 25–30 mins, flipping halfway.

Grill: Grill for 20–25 mins, turning occasionally.

Make sauce: Simmer honey, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in a pan for 2–3 mins.

Coat wings: Toss cooked wings in sauce until evenly coated.

Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions. Serve hot.
