These strawberry brownies are rich, fudgy, and filled with juicy strawberries. A fruity twist on classic brownies perfect for any sweet craving.
Ingredients
1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
Optional: 1/4 cup white chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then stir in sugar until glossy.
Whisk in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in chopped strawberries and optional chocolate.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
Swirl in strawberry jam or add nuts for extra depth.
Use gluten-free flour for a GF version.
