Ingredients

226 grams cream cheese or coconut cream
113 grams yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream
→ Sweetener
130 grams powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative
→ Fruit
5 medium strawberries, hulled
→ Flavouring
0.25 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (optional)
Instructions
Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature or ensure coconut cream is thick and smooth. Avoid using hard or flaky coconut cream.
Remove stems from strawberries. Puree the berries using a blender or food processor until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese or coconut cream, yogurt or its alternative, powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla bean paste (if using). Blend with a food processor, blender, or hand mixer until smooth and fully combined.
Spoon the mixture into serving glasses or ramekins. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours to set.
Notes
Let all ingredients come to room temperature before blending for the creamiest result.
Mousse sets best when chilled for at least a few hours.
Can be made dairy-free by using coconut cream and dairy-free yogurt.
