Description

Cheesy, buttery, and loaded with pepperoni—these stuffed crust pizza bites are the perfect savory snack for parties, game day, or afternoon cravings.

Ingredients

8 string cheese sticks

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 roll (14 oz) refrigerated pizza crust

24 slices regular pepperoni

Pizza sauce, optional (for serving)

Instructions

01. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
02. Cut each string cheese stick into thirds (you’ll have 24 pieces).
03. In a small bowl, combine oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese.
04. Roll out pizza crust and cut into 24 equal pieces.
05. Place a cheese piece in the center of each dough square. Roll tightly around cheese, pinching seams to seal. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
06. Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with the parmesan herb mix. Press a slice of pepperoni on top of each roll.
07. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
08. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.

Notes

Cheese Options: Mozzarella string cheese is classic, but feel free to try cheddar, Colby-Jack, or even jalapeño-stuffed string cheese for a twist.

Crust Tip: If your pizza dough is sticky, lightly flour your surface or hands before cutting and shaping.

Sealing Trick: Be sure to pinch the dough seams tightly to prevent cheese from leaking out while baking.

Make Ahead: Assemble the snacks a few hours in advance, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate. Bake fresh when ready to serve.

Dipping Sauce: Marinara, ranch, garlic butter, or spicy sriracha mayo make great dip pairings.

Leftovers: Store any extras in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture (avoid the microwave to keep the crust crisp).

Freezer Friendly: You can freeze unbaked rolls on a tray, then transfer to a bag for longer storage. Bake from frozen, adding 2–3 extra minutes to the cook time.
