Description
Make crispy, cheesy mini pizzas in minutes with this Texas toast pizza air fryer recipe! Quick, fun, and packed with flavor, these are perfect for lunches, snacks, or easy dinners.
Ingredients
Pizza Base
8 slices Texas toast garlic bread
½ cup pizza sauce
Toppings Galore
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
80 mini pepperoni slices (about 10 per pizza)
Instructions
Preheat Toast: Place half of the Texas toast slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 3 minutes, just until lightly toasted.
Add Sauce: Spread 1–2 spoonfuls of pizza sauce evenly over each toasted slice — enough to coat without making it soggy.
Add Cheese & Toppings: Sprinkle each toast generously with mozzarella cheese and top with about 10 mini pepperoni slices.
Melt Cheese: Lower the temperature to 300°F (150°C) and air fry for 3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt evenly.
Crisp & Finish: Increase the heat to 400°F (200°C) and air fry for another 2 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Serve: Repeat for remaining slices and enjoy while warm and melty!
