These triple-stuffed pepperoni pizza rolls are crispy outside, soft inside, and bursting with melted cheese and savory pepperoni for the ultimate snack or party bite.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
In a small bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and parmesan cheese.
Spoon filling mixture into the center of each dough square.
Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal into a roll.
Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In another bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
Brush tops of the rolls with seasoned butter.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
While baking, heat marinara sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
Let rolls cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
Notes
Seal edges tightly to prevent cheese lava from escaping.
Use block mozzarella for best melt quality.
Add crushed red pepper to the butter for extra heat.
Great for game day, movie nights, or lunchbox snacks.
Can be frozen after baking and reheated in the oven.
