Description

Juicy slices of turkey rolled with savory stuffing for a cozy and satisfying holiday-inspired meal.

Ingredients

For the Turkey Rolls:

4 thin turkey cutlets (about ¼ inch thick)

2 cups prepared stuffing (your favorite recipe or boxed mix)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

For the Gravy:

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups turkey or chicken broth

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Place turkey cutlets flat on a clean surface and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon ½ cup stuffing onto each cutlet, then roll up tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

Arrange rolls seam-side down in the baking dish. Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F (74 °C).

While the turkey bakes, make the gravy: melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, whisk in flour to form a roux, cook 1–2 minutes, then slowly whisk in broth. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove toothpicks from turkey rolls, slice if desired, and serve with warm gravy.

Notes

Use leftover turkey and stuffing for a post-holiday twist—reduce baking time since turkey is already cooked.

For a creamy variation, add a spoonful of cream cheese to the stuffing.

Pair with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a full dinner.
