Description

A fudgy, chocolate-packed brownie made in just 2 minutes—this high-protein, single-serve treat is gluten-free and totally satisfying.

Ingredients

1 egg

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (like honey, maple syrup, or stevia)

3 tablespoons cocoa powder (or cacao)

1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder

Chocolate chips (add as many as you like!)

Instructions

Prepare the Batter:
In a small bowl, mix the egg, Greek yogurt, sweetener, cocoa powder, and protein powder until smooth and well-combined.

Add Chocolate Chips:
Fold in the chocolate chips and stir again to distribute them evenly through the batter.

Microwave the Brownie:
Lightly grease a small microwave-safe dish or ramekin. Pour the brownie batter into the dish and microwave for 90 seconds for a gooey, lava cake texture or up to 2 minutes for a firmer, cake-like brownie.

Serve and Enjoy:
Top with your favorite extras like nut butter, whipped cream, or fresh berries. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Add-ins: Feel free to add extras like chopped nuts, a spoonful of peanut butter, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for an extra indulgent treat.

Sweetener Options: You can use your preferred sweetener such as honey, maple syrup, or stevia, based on your taste preferences.

Storage: Best enjoyed immediately, but you can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days and microwave to reheat.
