This quick and flavorful naan pizza features marinated tzatziki chicken, fresh veggies, and melted cheese—perfect for an easy Mediterranean-inspired dinner.
Ingredients
2 small naan breads (6–8 inches each)
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried dill (or 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped)
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onions), chopped
Fresh dill, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
Make Tzatziki Sauce: Combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
Marinate Chicken: Add chicken to sauce and mix well. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Place naan on a baking sheet.
Assemble Pizzas: Spread chicken mixture over naan, top with mozzarella, and add vegetables.
Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and naan is crispy.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh dill and enjoy hot.
Notes
Swap mozzarella for feta or goat cheese for a Mediterranean twist.
Use store-bought tzatziki if short on time.
